From 2006 to 2022, the annual series of Chirton Concerts - held in the perfect setting of an 12th Century church in the heart of the Vale of Pewsey - brought a varied programme of classical and more modern music to the widest possible audience.
Although we are no longer able to offer a full concert programme, we hope that occasional concerts and special events will continue to be held. Three concerts took place in 2024 and the first concert of 2025 is shown below. Sign up to our mailing list at the foot of this page to receive early notice of all concerts.
The village of Chirton lies halfway between Devizes and Pewsey, on the A342 in the Vale of Pewsey. Concerts are held in the fine 12th Century church of St John the Baptist in the centre of the village. Leave the A342 at the former 'Wiltshire Yeoman' pub, following signs for 'Chirton Village'. The church is easily found at the head of The Street
